⚠️ Attention! Uploading your presentation to the website without sending it to the Organizing Committee does not guarantee that the correct version will be available in your session. Please also send your slides by email to piere.conf@yandex.com.

Required Documents

For the materials presented in your talk, the following documents must be prepared and submitted:

  1. Conclusion on the possibility of publication (expert opinion)
  2. Expert conclusion on export control (may be combined with the conclusion on the possibility of publication)

Presentation Requirements

Format and Design

  • Aspect ratio: 16:9 (widescreen)
  • Language: slides must be in English only
  • Font size: minimum 18 pt — use large, clear typography
  • Readability: text must be easily readable from a distance on screen
  • File format: PDF or PPTX (in accordance with the Organizing Committee requirements)

Timing

  • 7 minutes for the presentation
  • 7 minutes for questions and answers
  • Discussion and questions follow immediately after your talk

Presentation Language

The presentation may be delivered in Russian or English. However, all text on the slides must be in English.

Please use the official template so that your slides comply with the conference standards for layout, fonts, and corporate style.
